Because many of our products and services are digital, educational, or time-based in nature, our refund terms are outlined clearly below.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products (Instant Access Policy)
All digital products created, sold, or delivered by Empower and Educate LLC — including but not limited to e-books, templates, guides, trainings, checklists, downloads, and digital resources — are non-refundable.
Because these products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned.

• Digital items cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded
• All sales of digital products are final

3. Mentorship, Coaching, and Support Services
Empower and Educate LLC may offer mentorship, coaching, onboarding support, technical assistance, or educational guidance services.
Due to the time-based and personalized nature of these services, all mentorship, coaching, and support services are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.
This includes but is not limited to:
• One-on-one mentorship sessions
• Private consulting or coaching calls
• Technical support sessions
• Onboarding guidance
• Educational consultations
Missed sessions, cancellations without adequate notice, or failure to attend scheduled meetings do not qualify for refunds.

4. Membership Programs or Ongoing Support
From time to time, Empower and Educate LLC may offer memberships, community access, or ongoing support programs.
Because membership programs provide immediate access to private resources, communities, and educational materials, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a membership is offered on a recurring billing basis, it is the member’s responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue.
5. Affiliate Products & Third-Party Programs
Empower and Educate LLC participates in affiliate partnerships.
Some products, programs, or tools recommended on our website, blog, or social media channels are sold by third-party companies and not by Empower and Educate LLC.
Examples may include educational platforms such as Digital Wealth Academy or other software, courses, or tools.
Important:
Affiliate products are subject to the refund policies of the company offering the product, not Empower and Educate LLC.
We do not process, approve, deny, or influence refunds for any third-party products.
If you need assistance regarding a refund for a product purchased through an affiliate link, please contact the company directly using the support information provided in your purchase receipt.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Because digital products, educational materials, and mentorship services are delivered immediately or involve scheduled time commitments, initiating a chargeback after receiving access or services may be considered a violation of these terms.
Empower and Educate LLC reserves the right to:
• Provide proof of product delivery or service fulfillment
• Submit evidence to payment processors
• Dispute improper chargebacks

7. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once using the same email address, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase.
